All of our international catering meals are served family style where up to 25 appetizers are placed on the table prior to our guests’ arrival. The main courses are served throughout the evening in beautiful presentations sure to keep the taste buds working all night long throughout your wedding reception, christening, birthday, henna party or whatever type of event you are planning. Unlike traditional fixed course meals, the family style service is the preferred choice for many discerning hosts as it allows their guests to eat what they want in the quantities they wish. In addition to our award winning medditeranean cuisine, we offer halal and kosher catering, and would be happy to discuss any other special menu needs with you.

APPETIZERS

We have over fifty appetizers to choose from. Each of our delicious appetizers is prepared fresh, with garnishes as pleasing to the eye as the appetizer is to the taste palette.

MAIN COURSES

We have an extensive variety of main courses sure to satisfy the most discerning tastes. From our fresh, wild Atlantic salmon, to our tender bbq grilled over a natural mesquite grill, special attention is placed to ensure that only the finest ingredients are used. Our specialty is authentic California and Mediterranean cuisine.

SEAFOOD & SUSHI STATIONS

The use of stations can add to an already amazing culinary experience. Sushi stations can be used during cocktail service. Seafood stations can be prepared in the ballrooms where guests can enjoy it all evening.

FRUIT STATIONS

Use of fruit stations can dramatically highlight an event. Use of fountains, ice carvings and special effects lighting serve to add to the grandeur of elaborate fruit stations.

TAKE-HOME / TOGO

For a chance to enjoy our delicious cuisine at home, we have prepared a special Togo package. Get a chance to intimately sample a wide selection of our unique cuisine, at just a fraction of the cost. Our special Togo package is designed for intimate gatherings as small as 10 people, or larger, buffet style events of 30 people or more. Included is a selection of over 18 appetizers, 3 bbqs and seafood.
